Can I just say how fucking stupid it is that modular PC power supplies don’t have standardized pinouts? Spent hours debugging a possible hardware fault until I realized I grabbed the wrong (old) SATA power cable from my cable box and thus the water pump only received 5v instead of 12v. Quick hack job and now everything works. Luckily it didn’t fry any hard-disks.
